Changed your mind? 14 day returns

If you buy online, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day your goods are delivered. This is your legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

How to return an item

  1. Email us at info@top-interiors.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
  2. Return the item(s) within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel. We will explain how to return or arrange collection.
  3. Items should be returned complete and in the condition you received them. Please keep the original packaging if you can.

Return costs

If you return an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning it. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will cover the return cost.

Refunds

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back, or of you providing evidence that you have returned it, whichever is sooner. Refunds are made to your original payment method. We may reduce your refund if the item has been handled or used more than is needed to inspect it, for example if it has been assembled and used, damaged or marked.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Items made to your own specification or clearly personalised.
  • Items delivered in hygiene sealed packaging (for example some mattresses) where the seal has been removed after delivery.

These exceptions do not apply if the item is faulty.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order on delivery. If an item is damaged, faulty, incorrect or has parts missing, email info@top-interiors.co.uk as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, with your order number and photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, at no cost to you.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
