These terms apply to orders placed on www.top-interiors.co.uk. Please read them before placing an order.

2. Your order

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we have received it. A contract is formed when we confirm your order has been accepted or when it is dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or there is an error in the price or description, in which case we will tell you and refund any payment.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. Delivery to UK addresses is free. Payment is taken at checkout using the payment methods shown there.

4. Products

We take care to describe and show products accurately. Colours on screen can vary slightly from the real item. Please check dimensions on each product page before ordering.

5. Delivery

Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 working days. Full details are in our shipping policy.

6. Your right to cancel

You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. If you have changed your mind, you pay the cost of returning the item. Full details, including exceptions, are in our refund policy.

7. Faulty goods

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply to all items. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
